Betty J. (Angle) Neff, 96, of West Jefferson passed away Saturday, December 6, 2015. Betty will be remembered for her loving smile and kind soul. Every child, dog or cat that crossed her path was invited into her heart. She a loving wife, mother and grandmother and devoted much of her time as a homemaker loving to bake. Betty was an avid Buckeye fan, both Football and Basketball and played in euchre clubs for many years. She Graduated from Grove City High School. She was preceded in death by her parents Jacob and Maude Angle, a brother Cliff Angle, her husband of 63 years Melvin Neff Sr. and a son Melvin Neff Jr. She is survived by daughter Beverly (Paul) Murray of West Jefferson, grandchildren Keith Murray of Germany, Christopher Murray and Kim Crabtree of West Jefferson, Steve Neff, Bradley Neff, Lisa Neff and Traci Heath of Wellington, 15 great- grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. Viewing hours will be held Thursday December 10, 2015 from 10am-12pm at the Rader-McDonald-Tidd Funeral home 1355 W. Main St. West Jefferson, Ohio.
