Betty Stone

Betty Jane (Hamilton) Stone, age 87, of Plain City, formally of West Jefferson, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, January 20, 2022. Betty was a proud Veteran of the United States Army, graduated from West Jefferson High School, and retired from George Byers and Sons. She enjoyed her retirement and spending time with her family, and friends.

Betty is preceded in death by her parents: Morris and Edith (Stevens) Hamilton; sisters: Patricia, Gee Gee, and Connie.

She is survived by sons; Rocky (Linda) Stone, Dan (Pamela) Stone, Dale (Dee Dee)Stone, and Scott Stone, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family will welcome family and friends on Monday, January 24, 2022, from 12:00 Noon – 1:00 P.M., at the RADER-McDONALD-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 1355 W. MAIN STREET, WEST JEFFERSON, OH, 43162. The Funeral Service will immediately follow visitation at 1:00 P.M., with Pastor Phil Conrad officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, West Jefferson, OH.
