Charles L. Potts

Charles L Potts, age 71, of Galloway, passed away Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at his residence.  He attended West Jefferson High School. Charlie spent many years at Rush Lincoln Mercury in Columbus, Ohio as an auto and body mechanic. He was preceded in death by parents Angus and Marabel Potts, brothers, Angus, Mickey, son, Chad Potts and former spouse, Connie Potts.

He is survived by children, Charlie (Tasha) Potts II and Crissy Shirkey; grandchildren, Bryce, Briley, Allison and Mason and loving siblings, Stephanie, Sharon, Steve, Mary Jo (Darrell) as well as many other family and friends. 

Charlie enjoyed spending time with his family and each year looked forward to hunting and fishing season. He was a dedicated member and volunteer at Amvets Post #1928 where friends and family are invited to celebrate Charlie’s life on FRIDAY, JUNE 3, 2022 from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm; 3780 W Broad St, Columbus, Ohio 43228. 

In place of flowers, donations may be made to the Amvets or ODNR Division of Wildlife.
