Connie E. Harbage

Constance “Connie” E. Harbage, age 91, of West Jefferson, Ohio, passed away at Kobacker House on Monday, May 13, 2024.  Born in Madison County, Ohio on December 26, 1932 to the late Viola and Paul Murray, she was also preceded in death by her siblings Richard Murray, Edward Murray and Juanita Price.  Connie was a graduate of West Jefferson High School, Class of 1950.  She married Charles T. Harbage in 1954 and together they raised their family on the family farm in West Jefferson.  Connie is survived by her husband Charlie, children Terri Smith, Beth and Steve Scaggs, and Judy and Steve Heminger, her grandchildren Charlie and Morgan Smith, and Tammy and Jason George, five great-grandchildren, brothers and sisters-in-law: Francis and Virginia Murray, and Paul and Beverly Murray, and their families, several nieces, nephews and cousins, and many friends.  

Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life at 12:30p.m. on SUNDAY, MAY 26, 2024 on the Lower Level of West Jefferson United Methodist Church, 36 South Center Street, West Jefferson, OH 43162 with Pastor Ruth Pribe, officiating.  Family will greet friends after the service until 3:00p.m. SUNDAY.
