Elmer Pelphrey

Elmer Pelphrey, 91 of West Jefferson, OH passed away Friday, January 19, 2018. Elmer was a member for 69 years of the First Baptist church of West Jefferson where he was also a Deacon and Trustee. He served in the Army and was a World War II veteran. Elmer is preceded in death by his parents; Alex and Elizabeth Pelphrey, 3 sisters, and 3 brothers. He is survived by his loving wife of 70 years Ruth Lucille, sons; Tom (Cindy) and Terry (Rose) Pelphrey, many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the RADER-McDONALD-TIDD FUNERAL HOME 1355 W. MAIN ST. WEST JEFFERSON, OH 43162. Tuesday, January 23, 2018 from 5:00-7:00 PM. Funeral will be held at the First Baptist Church 686 West Jefferson-Kiousville Rd. West Jefferson, Ohio 43162, Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at 11:00 AM.
