Georgia Faye Chenos

Georgia Faye Chenos, age 91, of West Jefferson, OH, passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, May 2, 2020.  Born January 18, 1929, in Springfield, OH, she was preceded in death by her husband John “Junior” Chenos, parents Charles E. and Edna (Rodgers) Massie, sisters Betty and Louella, brother Jesse and brother-in-law Dick Leffel.  Georgia is survived by her sisters Carol Leffel and Linda (John) Stanton, children Geri (Richard) Tompkins, John C. Chenos and Joy Saddler, grandchildren Amy Loveless, Aaron (Christi) Tompkins and Andrew Loveless, great-grandchildren Jacob, Zander and Chloe Tompkins, and numerous nieces and nephews.  Due to the current health crisis, private family services will be held with burial at Alton Cemetery, Galloway, OH.  The family would especially like to thank Loving Care Hospice for their compassionate care of Georgia.  In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial contribution in Georgia’s name to Loving Care Hospice, 56 S.
