Jack E. Pearson, Jr.

Jack E. Pearson, Jr., age 64, of West Jefferson, Ohio, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, July 27, 2026, after a courageous 8-year battle with cancer. Jack graduated from West Jefferson High School, Class of 1980; he was a member of Local I.B.E.W. #71. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially his grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his father, Jack E. Pearson, Sr., and brother, Joshua Pearson.

Jack is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Donna, who lovingly gave him strength throughout his battle, "WE GOT THIS BABE". Children: Danielle (Britney) Pearson, Jacob Pearson, and Charmae (Josh) Seiler; mother: Judy Buscemi, siblings: Jody, Joel (Lori), Jeff (Ruth), Joe (Megan), Jamie, John, Jevon (Shannon), and Jason; grandchildren: Maddalynn (Ryan) Peterman, Amelia (Derek) Riggs. Sophia Riggs, and Bella Hurst; great-grandchildren: Wrennlee and Scottie Mae Peterman; many loving relatives, and close friends who work at New River Electric, and dear friends Gary (Canden) Love, and his beloved Luca.

The family would like to give a special thank you to The O.S.U. James Medical Center staff for their loving care given to Jack.

The family will welcome friends on THURSDAY, JULY 30, 2026, FROM 6:00-8:00 P.M., at the RADER-McDONALD-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 1355 W. MAIN STREET, WEST JEFFERSON, OHIO, 43162. Funeral Service will be held starting at 11:30 AM, on FRIDAY, July 31, 2026, at the funeral home, with Fr. Dwayne McNew officiating. Jack will be laid to rest at Hampton Cemetery, West Jefferson, Ohio.
