On the evening of June 21st, 2022, James W. McEneany of Columbus died at the age of 37. He was born to Sean McEneany and Wanda Cutright in 1984. He is survived by his wife Jnel McEneany, mother and father, brothers Paul and Caleb, sister Carley, several aunts, uncles, cousins and nephew. We’ve lost a special soul, a son, brother, husband, friend who was a rock to many. He had a powerful voice who could say what needed to be said in times of need; good or bad. He was a great man with an even bigger heart-he loved all his friends as family. He loved to troll with all he cared for and have a good laugh, but he could take it too. I’ll miss him making me laugh so hard I could barely breathe- he actually made me pass out once. He called it my Mutley laugh. His bigger-than-life personality, humor, fortitude, quick sarcastic wit, dedication to friends, family, work, and gaming will remain in our minds and hearts forever and always. You were very passionate about Ohio State football, pool, whiskey, BBQ and Final Fantasy gaming. You were a hell of a man, and now you’ll be a hell of a Warrior of Light in whatever lands lay above. You will be missed- until we meet again Babe, I’ll raise a glass of bourbon and say O-H!…. Family will receive friends from 2-4 pm Saturday, July 2, 2002, at RADER-MCDONALD-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 1355 West Main Street, West Jefferson, OH 43162; where funeral service will follow at 4 pm.
