Jeannie Lewis

Zelda Jeannie Lewis, age 70, of West Jefferson, Ohio, passed away and joined her family in Heaven on Saturday, May 23, 2026. She was born in Point Pleasant, WV, to the late Leo and Opal Mae Gleason. Jeannie married the love of her life, Frank Lewis, in 1973 and moved to West Jefferson in 1974, where they raised their family. Jeannie was the best mother and took care of everyone. She truly had a heart of gold.

In addition to her parents, Jeannie was preceded in death by her sister Susie McDaniel, nephews Jay McDaniel, Kenny McDaniel, and Troy McDaniel, niece Shawn White, her brothers Rich Gleason and Juggs Gleason, mother-in-law Mary Lewis, brother-in-law Carmen Vigliotti, and sister-in-law Carrie Vigliotti.

Jeannie is survived by her husband Frank Lewis, daughter Keri Lewis, Momma’s baby Chad Lewis, her sisters Carrie Vigliotti and Cookie (Frank) Krautter, brother-in-law Tim Lewis, sister-in-law Rosemary (Jim) Tabor, her many nieces and nephews, including Timmy Lewis, and her beloved fur-babies: Charlie, Bernice, George, Hattie, Lillie, Maddie, Bean, and Ozzy.

Family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. FRIDAY, MAY 29, 2026, at the RADER-MCDONALD-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 1355 West Main Street, West Jefferson, OH 43162 (614)-879-9222, where her Funeral Service will follow the visitation and begin at 1:30 p.m. FRIDAY with Reverend Phil Conrad, officiating. Jeannie will be laid to rest at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, Ohio.
