Kenneth E. Knox

Kenneth E. Knox, age 85, of West Jefferson, Ohio, passed away Friday, February 12, 2021 at Doctor’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.  Born in Madison County, Ohio, Ken was a farmer all of his life.  He also worked for Joe Yoder and The Ohio State University at the Farm Science Review for many years.  Later, Ken worked for Deer Creek Township and took care of the Deer Creek-Lafayette Township Cemetery before he retired.  He was preceded in death by his two sons Phil Knox and Jamie Knox.  Ken is survived by his beloved wife of 67 years, Madge Knox, his daughters Debbie (Ron) Poplin and Penny (Brian) Dempsey, his grandchildren: Ryan and Justin Poplin, Sarah Knox, Keith (Kate) Urbanik, Erica, Aaron and Natalie Knox; his great-grandchildren: Dominik, Caylyn, Matthew, Amara, Cierra, Danielle, Raylee, Quinton, Luke, Alan and Kyle; his brother Donnie Knox, brother-in-law James (Joann) Puckett, sister-in-law Delores Van Dyke, and their families, and many nieces, nephews and friends.  Family will welcome friends from 11:00a.m.-12:00p.m. THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 2021 at the RADER-MCDONALD-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 1355 West Main Street, West Jefferson, OH 43162 where his Funeral Service will follow the visitation and begin at 12:00p.m. THURSDAY.  Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, West Jefferson, OH.  Please note: Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, Social Distancing will be observed and Facial Coverings are required at the Funeral Home.  Please visit www.radermcdonaldtiddfuneralhome.com to share your favorite memories of Ken or to send condolences to his family.
