Lawrence "Ed" Bartoe

Lawrence "Ed" Bartoe, age 67, passed away Friday, June 17, 2016 at his residence in West Jefferson, OH. Born May 16, 1949 in Athens, OH to the late Gerald and Norma Bartoe. Ed proudly served in the U.S. Army and is a veteran of the Vietnam War. He also had lifetime memberships at VFW Post 7005, DAV Post 903, and the NAUS, as well as membership in the American Legion Post 105 and Eagles #950. He is survived by wife of 46 years, Dana Bartoe; daughter, Kelcey (Daron) Moore, granddaughters, Mya and Ava; sister-in-law, Diana (Jack) Downing. Friends may call Tuesday, June 21, 2016 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the RADER-MCDONALD-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 1355 W. Main St. in West Jefferson, OH, where funeral service will be Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at 11 a.m. Pastor Earl Litman officiating.
