Minerva M Queen

Minerva M. Queen, age 90 went to be with the Lord, Monday, March 11, 2019. She was born April 29, 1928, in Carlisle. PA., the daughter of the late Oscar and Anna Yohn. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Alfonco Wayne Queen whom she married August 4, 1945, daughter Mary Ellen Queen, and son Alfonso W. Queen Jr. Minerva attended the Alkire Road Church of Christ and was a past employee of the Meijers Company. She is survived by her sons: Donald R. (Deborah) Queen, Charles E. (Jessica) Queen, William A. "Tony" (Holly) Queen, and daughter: Marie (John) Latham, Minerva was blessed with numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends who will miss her greatly. The family will receive friends at the RADER-McDONALD-TIDD FUNERAL HOME 1355 W. MAIN ST., WEST JEFFERSON, OH, Wednesday, March 13, 2019 from 6:00-8:00 PM. The Funeral will be held Thursday, March 14, 2019, at The Alkire Road Church of Christ, 2779 Alkire Road, Grove City, OH at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at the Galloway Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
