Philip Kelley, age 94, of Galloway, passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2017. He was a WWll Army Veteran. Philip is retired from Columbus Heating & Ventilation Company. He is a member of West Jefferson United Methodist Church and was very active with The Good Samaritan Food Pantry. He is a member of the West Jefferson American Legion 201. He received the Builders Exchange of Columbus Craftsman Award in 1969 and the Central Ohio Senior Citizen Hall of Fame in 2004. He is survived by his loving wife of 74 years, Irene. He is survived by his children John (Pat) Kelley, Phyllis Chorpenning, Jim (Janet) Kelley, Nancy (Roger) Wickert, Tom (Connie) Kelley and David (Pam) Kelley. Philip has 11 Grandchildren, 22 Great Grandchildren and 10 Step Great Grandchildren. Numerous Nieces and Nephews and a host of friends. Family will receive friends for visitation Friday, March 17, 4-7 P.M. at Rader-McDonald-Tidd Funeral Home, 1355 W. Main Street, in West Jefferson. Visitation Saturday at the West Jefferson United Methodist Church 10:00 AM - 10:30 AM Funeral will follow visitation at 10:30 AM. 36 S. Center Street, West Jefferson. Pastor Ruth Pribe officiating. Interment will follow at Green Lawn Cemetery.
In Lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions may be made to West Jefferson Good Samaritan Food Pantry and West Jefferson United Methodist Church.
