Raymond Duane Bosley (83) passed away in London, OH on October 27, 2024. He was born in Columbus, Ohio on January 16, 1941 to George and Helen Louise (Foster) Bosley. He is preceded in death by his parents. Ray is survived by his beloved wife of 62 years, Jenny (Finnegan) Bosley; his sons, Ray (Jonna), Mike (Julie), Tom and Dennis (Teri) Bosley; his grandchildren, Nick, Stephanie, Sara, Andy, Seth and Meghan; his great grandchildren, Ezra, Sam, Finn and Willow; and his brother Bob Bosley (Roberta). Also, survived by Lucky, his beloved cat.
Ray graduated from Linden McKinley High School. Class of ‘58. He was a longtime 34 year employee of UPS. While there, he earned the Safe Driving Award, for having an entire career without an accident. Ray enjoyed being outdoors. He loved old cars and truly loved his cats and dogs. He was always willing to help friends and family. Ray’s memories are many and he will be sorely missed.
The family will receive friends at Rader McDonald Tidd Funeral Home in West Jefferson, OH. Visitation will be on Friday, November 1 from 5:00 - 7:00 pm. The following day, Saturday, there will be a visitation at 9:30 am and a funeral service at 10:30 am. Ray will be laid to rest at Asbury Chapel Cemetery in Pleasant Twp, OH.
