Robert Eugene Grote

Robert Eugene Grote, age 78, of Greeneville, Ohio passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2021. Preceded in death by Delmer W. & Treva M. (Beisner) Grote and niece Andrea White. Survived by sisters, Linda (Donald) Francis of West Jefferson, Ohio and Sharon K. Downing of Grand Rapids, Michigan; nieces & nephew, Teresa Bowers, Mark Francis, Deb Halbower, Amy Hausfeld, and Natalie Sinquefield; special friends Tom & Annie Ross of Ocklawaha, Florida. Robert spent his working life behind the wheel of an 18-wheeler. Trucking was a real joy for him. He spent his off-duty time listening to country music, fishing, playing Euchre, and watching NASCAR racing with great enthusiasm. Sincerest appreciation to the staff at The Madison Senior Living Community in London, Ohio for the care they provided over the last 7 years.
