Vicki Ulrey, 50 of Columbus, OH, formally of West Jefferson, OH passed away Saturday, January 20, 2018. She is proceeded in death by her son Zachary Thomas Ulrey. Vicki is survived by her husband Richard and son Anthony Ulrey, parents Barbara and Garry Thomas, brother Mark Thomas and sister Amy Thomas. Following the families wishes cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Rader-McDonald-Tidd Funeral Home 1355 W. Main St. West Jefferson, OH 43162 is handling the arrangements for the Ulrey family.
